Since 1962, NASCOE has been granted exclusive recognition to represent full-time county office employees in negotiation with management on terms of employment and working conditions.
As County Office employees, our benefits are not automatic – NASCOE must negotiate for them on a yearly basis. By joining MNASCOE, your dues go towards supporting those negotiations to retain and improve your employee benefits. NASCOE also contracts with Hunter Moorhead, a legislative consultant, to provide our members with regular updates on legislative issues impacting our membership, farm bill developments and employee benefits.
